About CUET
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) is a national-level entrance examination conducted annually by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate programs offered by Central Universities, State Universities, Deemed Universities, Private Universities, and other participating institutions across India. Introduced to provide a single-window admission process, CUET ensures a fair, transparent, and standardized evaluation system for students seeking admission after Class 12. The CUET exam assesses candidates based on Language, Domain-Specific Subjects, and the General Test, depending on the course and university requirements. It is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and includes Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The exam is designed to evaluate a candidate's subject knowledge, language proficiency, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and general awareness. Students who have completed or are appearing in Class 12 (10+2) from a recognized board are eligible to apply for CUET, subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed by the participating universities.
